If you position carefully, you can avoid needing to kill camp 1, but killing it means not having to move any generals after landing unless you feel like it.
Camp 7 & 8 are both attacked at the same time by Boris, as are 10 & 11 by Steadfast and 13 &14 by Ghost.
Camp 15 is a bonus camp for free XP and Star Coins. Camps 4 & 20 can be ignored at the cost of some XP.
Base XP for this guide is ~207761 based on my general’s books. Roughly 50% better than normal XP for ~50% greater MS losses and lower knight losses compared to other no-block guides.
For best speed, bring a minimum of 2 Steadfast, 2 Boris, 2 Tremble Beard, 1 OGG, 1 Ghost, 1 Vargus, 1 Loudmouth, and 1 YGG. Boris and Sylvana are interchangeable, of course.
