As part of The Settlers Online’s transition to CipSoft, we have already announced a switch of the game’s login system away from Ubisoft Connect to an account system dedicated to TSO in order to ensure secure and stable access to the game for the future.
The homepage may be unavailable for a few minutes during the rollout between 09:00 and 09:30 CET. on March 11. From that point onward, you will have the opportunity to migrate your TSO account from Ubisoft Connect to CipSoft

Once you’ve logged in and arrived at the homepage, please navigate to “My Profile”. Under “My Profile”, click “Start Ubisoft Account migration”. Upon confirming, follow these steps:

Enter the email address you normally use to log in.
Set a new password.
Accept the terms of service.
Accept the privacy policy.

You can still migrate without the “active” email address.

If you can currently log into the game (on the homepage of the server that you use) with your email address (current or not) and a password, which takes you to the Ubisoft Connect authorization pop up, then you can do the migration.

All you need to do is log into game on March 11 (see the instructions with pictures in the game forum) and once the homepage loads, you go into “My Profile” and migrate over to Cipsoft, entering the same email that you normally use to log on to Ubisoft TSO and a NEW, 14 character password of caps, letters , numbers and symbols.

You will then be on Cipsoft’s log on system. No more Ubisoft. You do not receive any e-mail verification about a change of password or account migration.

Make sure you write down your password… you can unhide it and take a look at it before you make the final switch.

Once you migrate, send another support ticket in to change your email.
